Completely self contained and private - an open plan space with separate shower room. We stayed 5 days and loved it. Brilliant location and a super-helpful host. Thank you Georgia! Location is perfect and Georgia is the perfect host. Such a hidden gem, we had such an amazing stay. Quite possibly my favourite airbnb accommodation ever. The attic is lovely, full of light, spacious, and furnished with style. Coastal path, harbour, galleries, and Tate museum just minutes away, coop outside the door, and the whole choice of restaurants, pubs and cafés that St Ives has to offer pretty much at your doorsteps.

There is a proper size table if you want to eat a bite in or if you have to work a bit, and comfortable sofa and armchair for our after-hikes teas. Apartment and bathroom were sparking clean.

Highly recommended! Location above the Western hotel really couldn't be better. If you stay on a Tuesday then do visit the jazz club in the hotel. Everything else is an easy walk, even the Leach pottery and, if you're into such things, so is the Leisure Centre.

Great place. Super clean. Extra bed provided with no hassle. Great location. Lots of lovely touches such as yummy Cornish biscuits and great tea selections. Comfy bed and hotel grade linen. Access is from inside the hotel so super safe. I was a female there on my own for a bit and it felt really secure. Georgia was lovely and fun. Good luck with the new venture!! The cottage is beautifully and stylishly appointed with all mod cons.

In a great location by three fabulous beaches. There were lovely welcoming touches such as a welcome pack and great hot showers. Would definitely return. A great place to stay. Both bathrooms are decent.

The house was clean and very well presented. The only downside with the location is the tight turning towards the beach that many cars struggle with, which is adjacent to the left side of the house. The road on the right hand side is one of the exits. The area in front of the house, opposite the gallery and cafe, on swap over weekends, will be a parking spot for supermarket delivery vans, as more and more people opt for a supermarket food delivery.

So not ideal if you are looking for a quiet location, but we were a party of 8 with 6 teenagers, and the location is very very good.

Perfect location! Short stroll to beaches, harbour front, shops, restaurants and pubs. Exactly where you want to be when staying in St Ives. Ken also gave some brilliant recommendations for where to eat and where to go for great views.

Great little place close to the harbour. Clean little room but do expect to see age related marks everywhere as this is an old property. It has character. Amazing amazing amazing location, right in the centre. Ken was fast to reply and welcoming on arrival.

If you looking for the ideal location this is excellent right near the sea front right in the middle of where you need to be. Our stay at the Grey Mullet was okay. The location is perfect, you are literally in the middle of everything parking was difficult but expected at peek times and was only a couple minutes walk. However, the room is very outdated and could do with a revamp and some TLC. Lovely little cottage, in a cracking location!

Easy communication and local information provided. Would happily stay again! Great location especially for the galleries and Tate. My partner enjoyed the fishing. Parking was tricky until we discovered the JustPark app.

Comfortable and stylish accommodation. We loved every minute of our stay, and it was perfect for us 2 adults, 1 toddler and 1 baby. Location wise it suited us perfectly, everything was on our doorstep and this was exactly what we were after - a long stay car park and no driving for a week!

Our little girl loved it so much, beach and ice cream everyday, the dream and she slept in a big bed for the 1st time too. Everyboby is very friendly, St Ives has always been a special place for us but this time it was great to explore a bit more. Shops and cafes opens at 8am which is a bit of a contrast coming from London, specially when your tot is ready to go at 6am!

We would definitely love to come back. Sally has a nice, clean place on a good location. Although we didn't see her quite often she responded very quickly to our questions on AirBnb and she also went to the self-service laundry when we wanted to do our laundry and her washing machine broke, which was very kind. We definitely recommend this place!

We ended up in the Park Avenue carpark and left the car there for 2 days. House is simple to find when you know how.

Our bedroom while advertised as small was very small and being off the kitchen was at times noisy. Only alternative is another steep staircase to higher rooms! The apartment is very comfortable and is in a good central location. Sally was friendly and helpful, and kept the apartment clean and in good condition. The room was a bit small, but fine for a short stay, and we had the use of the kitchen, which was well-stocked.

The room was small, but comfy bed and a mini fridge in room which was a great addition to the room. The shared kitchen area was stocked well with breakfast items and utensils etc for use. Sally was a wonderful host with great accommodation. Venturing with my boyfriend, who had recently broken his ankle, seemed like it was going to be hellish.

The shower is powerful which is a massive plus in our books and sally is smiley and welcoming. Thank you again Sally! Great place to stay as right in the centre of town.

Although parking isn't available outside the house, Sally met me to give me directions to where I could park the car and nowhere is far away. Lovely little room with a great TV :.

We had a great time staying in the Ocean house! The location is up the hill In St. Ives and you have a wonderful view from the house. The city center is just a five minutes Wald away and parking is right at the end of the street. I would definitely come visit again!
